Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule and deliver irrigation services: your name, contact details, property address, property details and any photos you choose to upload.

Yard photos

Photos submitted through the estimate tool are stored privately and used solely to assess your property for irrigation design and to prepare your quote. They are not published, sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Automated assessment

Uploaded photos may be reviewed automatically to identify lawn areas, existing equipment and site obstacles. The output is a preliminary assessment attached to your file and is always reviewed by a qualified installer before a final quote is issued.

Retention and access

Customer records are retained for warranty, service history and accounting purposes. Access is restricted to authorized staff. You can request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting info@sprinklerinstall.ca.
