Question 1

How much does a sprinkler system cost in the GTA?

Accepted Answer

A single-zone system starts at $499 and a two-zone system starts at $699. Three or more zones are priced from our instant estimator based on your property. Final pricing depends on property layout, coverage requirements, water supply, number of zones, equipment and any upgrades you select.

Question 2

How many irrigation zones do I need?

Accepted Answer

Most GTA homes need three to six zones. Zone count is determined by available water pressure and flow, the type of heads used, and how the lawn and garden areas are divided. If you are not sure, our instant estimator will suggest a likely range from your property details and photos.

Question 3

Are you an authorized Orbit installer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are an Authorized Orbit Installer and use Orbit controllers, valves and heads on the majority of our installations, with Blu-Lock piping systems for reliable, serviceable underground connections.

Question 4

What is Blu-Lock pipe and why do you use it?

Accepted Answer

Blu-Lock is a push-to-connect pipe and fitting system engineered for irrigation. It creates a secure, gasketed connection without glue, holds up well in Ontario's freeze-thaw cycles, and can be serviced years later without cutting out long sections of pipe.

Question 5

What does a Wi-Fi irrigation controller actually do?

Accepted Answer

A Wi-Fi controller lets you start, stop and reschedule any zone from your phone, wherever you are. Weather-aware models also adjust run times based on local conditions so you are not watering after rainfall.

Question 6

Do you repair systems you did not install?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We repair all major brands — broken heads, cracked laterals, faulty solenoids and valves, wiring faults, controller failures and coverage problems. We start with a full system test so you know exactly what is wrong before any work is approved.

Question 7

When should I book spring startup?

Accepted Answer

We start activations once overnight temperatures stay reliably above freezing, typically from mid-April. Booking early secures a slot before the seasonal rush in May.

Question 8

When should I winterize my sprinkler system?

Accepted Answer

Winterization should be completed before the first hard frost, generally between early October and mid-November in the GTA. Water left in lateral lines and valves can freeze, split pipe and crack valve bodies.

Question 9

What is included in irrigation maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Seasonal maintenance covers a full system inspection, head cleaning and adjustment, nozzle checks, controller programming, pressure verification and a written list of any recommended repairs.

Question 10

Do you offer lawn fertilization?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fertilization can be booked on its own or included in the Complete Irrigation Care package alongside spring startup and winterization.

Question 11

Is your work warrantied?

Accepted Answer

Installation workmanship is warrantied, and manufacturer warranties apply to controllers, valves and heads. Warranty terms are stated in writing on every quote before you approve it.

Question 12

How does scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

Book online through our simple interface. You choose a preferred date and time window, we confirm the appointment, and you receive confirmation of the scheduled visit with the assigned service.

Question 13

Do you take a deposit?

Accepted Answer

New installations require a deposit to reserve the install date and order equipment. The deposit amount is stated on your quote and applied to the final invoice. Seasonal services are paid on completion.

Question 14

How accurate is the instant estimate?

Accepted Answer

The instant estimate is a preliminary figure calculated from your property details, selected zones and upgrades. It is accurate for most standard properties, but final pricing is confirmed after property assessment, water supply evaluation and system design.

Question 15

Why do you ask for photos of my yard?

Accepted Answer

Photos let us see lawn shape, garden areas, hardscaping, existing equipment and obstacles. Our system reviews them to suggest a likely zone count and flag anything that could affect the design, which makes your estimate far more accurate before anyone visits.

Question 16

How is the AI yard analysis used?

Accepted Answer

Uploaded photos are reviewed automatically to identify lawn and garden areas, existing irrigation equipment and site obstacles. The result is a preliminary assessment attached to your file. A qualified installer reviews it before your final quote is issued.

Question 17

When is final pricing confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we assess the property, verify water supply and pressure, and complete the system design. Nothing is charged beyond an approved quote without your authorization.

Question 18

Which areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We service Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Etobicoke and the surrounding GTA. Contact us if your city is not listed — we frequently work in neighbouring municipalities.
